This is my flag
I did the cross in the flag because it looked like the cross in the flag and i did dark blue on the flag and red in the corner for the red for the cross
I did the design because it looked a lot like the New Zealand flag

I like that you stayed close to the colours of the original New Zealand flag. Next time you could add some information about what the colours and the cross represent.
If I were to redesign the New Zealand flag I’d definitely use a fern somewhere to represent our beautiful wildlife. What symbols or colours would you add or use in a new flag design and why?
